Most people quit when it gets uncomfortable — I’ve built my life around pushing past that point.

Hey, I’m Austin and this is Stella, my Border Collie and loyal training partner who’s always by my side on the run.

I’m an endurance athlete who thrives on testing the limits of both mind and body. From taking on extreme-distance challenges like a Triple Ironman to chasing personal bests at Ironman events and stepping into ultramarathons, I’ve learned what it really takes to keep going when things get hard.

But my approach goes deeper than just training plans. With a background shaped by military discipline and real-world endurance experience, I focus on building resilience, structure, and consistency the things that actually move you forward when motivation fades.
